All parts and finishes of this CLOFY faucet are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the home in which the faucet was first installed or, for commercial users, for 10 years from the date of purchase.
For returns within 30 days of your original date of purchase on Amazon, please follow Amazon's return process. For the remaining warranty of your product, if your product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship, please email us at email@example.com and include your Amazon order number and product model number.
This warranty is extensive in that it covers liable of all defective parts and finishes. However, CLOFY Company shall not be responsible for any damage to the faucet resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect or improper or installation error, maintenance or repair, including failure to follow the applicable care and cleaning instructions.
CLOFY COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LABOR CHARGES) FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE FAUCET.
Some states, provinces and nations do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state, province to province, nation to nation. CLOFY will advise you of the procedure to follow in making warranty claims.
This is CLOFY Company’s exclusive written warranty and the warranty is not transferable.
CLOFY Company will replace, FREE OF CHARGE, during the applicable warranty period, any part or finish that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. If repair or replacement is not practical, CLOFY Company may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. These are your exclusive remedies.

Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original consumer purchaser must accompany all warranty claims. Defects or damage caused by the use of other than genuine CLOFY parts is not covered by this warranty.
